Nine Iranian children and adolescents gained prize in 22nd international drawing contest held in Japan in 2014

According to the public relations and international affairs department of the Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults  children and young adults who are members of Kanoon cultural and art centers managed to obtain two gold medal, one silver, five bronze and one honorary diploma.

This contest is held in Japan every year. In 2014, the topic for paintings and drawings was agriculture, farming and environment, people and family.

In this artistic contest, Nasrin Mahboob, 12, from Parsabad, Ardebil, Mohabbat Changizi, 13, from Behbahan, Khusestan won the gold medal.

Yeganeh Choobtashani, 8, from Havanirooz, Kermanshah won the silver medal.

Five bronze medals went to Taraneh Hajinajaf, 6, from Ahvaz, Khuzestan, Yasna  Shekarzehi, 8, from Zahedan, Sistan-Balouchestan,  Narjes Seyednejad, 15, from Mashhad, Khorasan Razavi, Hossein Nayyeri, 11, Kozan, Kermanshah, Baran Nazari, 6, Shahinshahr, Esfahan, and AmirHossein Mousavi Rad, 9, from Behbahan, Khuzestan, could win honorary diploma.

The contest granted two gold medal, forty silver medals, sixty bronze medals and eight honorary diplomas to the participants.

23868 works from 83 countries have been sent to the contest secretariat. Kanoon had sent 1370 pieces of paintings to the contest.

During the past 20 years, Iranian children and young adults have won valuable prizes from this artistic international contest held by a non-profitable agricultural organization.
