Spectacular success of three Kanoon’s animations in the 4th CMS international children film festival

According to the latest news from the secretariat of the festival three animations form Kanoon including “The wolf & the Eve” by “Mohammad-Ali Soleymanzadeh”, “Zero” by “Nazanin Sobhansarbandi” and “The Farmer & the Robot” by “Abdollah Alimorad” were selected to the short animated films section of the festival.

The aim of this festival is to raise Indian children’s awareness about the good cinema. It should be mentioned that all movies will be screened for free during the festival for children.

The festival will officially start on April 10 to 16, 2012 in the city of Lakno in India.

Kanoon has sent nine of its productions to this festival including “Simple Things 1,2,3,4,5,6”, “Mahouri”, “Ton-Pich”, “Rolling Pumpkin”, “The Life Story of Red Pencil”, “The Alchemist”, “The wolf & the Eve”, “The Farmer & the Robot” and “Zero”.

The holder of this festival is a non profitable organization with no commercial intention that makes its all out effort to educate young film makers by preparing providing the latest release of the cinema. However to encourage young talents, some rewards will be granted to the first and second children feature films and the best animated feature films. These rewards are Dr. Jadeesh Gandhi’s 6000 Rupee reward, 6000 Rupee cash reward and Dr. Bahatra Gandhi reward.
